Certified Electronics beliefs in giving honest and accurate estimates and we will be more than happy to give you a free preliminary estimate. But please keep in mind, a honest estimate requires time and work. Estimates include all parts, labor and handing. If, upon closer analysis, this estimate needs to be revised you will be contacted for approval to proceed.

If a unit is left for repair and is not covered under a manufacturer's warranty or an extended service contract, a nonrefundable diagnostic fee is required before any service is performed. This fee is:
$80 for all HDTV ( Plasma, DLP, LCD ).
$40 for all 32” and smaller Televisions.

This nonrefundable diagnostic fee is applied toward the labor charge if you go ahead with the repair. This fee applies even in the event the unit is received in good faith as being covered under a manufacturer's warranty or a service contract, and upon closer analysis, service cannot be performed under terms of said warranty or contract (coverage expired, non covered item, customer abuse, documentation not supplied, etc..).

Any item left over 30 days from date of completion will be considered abandoned and sold to recover cost of repair.

Certified Electronics Warranty
All repairs are warranted for only the service performed for a period of 90 days from the date of return to the customer, on labor only, unless otherwise stated in writing. Individual manufacturer’s warranties apply on all parts. All parts and accessories sales are final. Warranty returns only.

State of California Estimate Information
An estimate where requested or required (Section 9844 and 22250 of the California Business and Professional Code) for labor and parts necessary for a specific job shall be given to the customer by the service dealer in writing, and the service dealer may not charge for work done or parts supplied in excess of the estimate without prior consent of the customer. The service dealer may charge a reasonable fee for making the estimate.
